We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to enhance our online presence and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies and be able to implement effective tactics to drive organic traffic and improve website performance. This role requires analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay ahead of SEO trends and algorithm changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Identify high-value keywords using tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) and integrate them into content plans.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headers, URLs, and content; ensure SEO-friendly site structure.
  • Technical SEO: Audit websites for issues (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors) and collaborate with developers on fixes.
  • Off-Page SEO: Build backlink strategies, manage outreach, and monitor domain authority.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversions) via Google Analytics/Search Console; create actionable reports.
  • Competitor Analysis: Benchmark against competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to align blogs/articles with SEO goals.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry tools.
  • Local SEO: Optimize Google My Business, citations, and localized content.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with content optimization, structured data, and schema markup.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven SEO decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with content creators, developers, and marketing teams.
