About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You’ll work closely with the marketing & sales team to develop and optimize campaigns that align with our business objectives.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Collaborate on the content strategy and produce engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, and newsletters, to enhance our online presence.
  • SEO & SEM: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, and performance monitoring to drive organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media profiles by creating, scheduling, and analysing content that resonates with our audience.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, list segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, bounce rate) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
