Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including social media, networking events, and online research.
  • Outbound Sales: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other platforms to generate interest in our products/services.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads to determine their potential as clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and share insights on market trends.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system to track progress and follow up effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation metrics, sales forecasts, and overall progress to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
